Cashback Terms

Cashback will not be paid on Jordan and Raffle products.

Please note, products fulfilled by size? partners are not eligible for cashback. These products will be clearly marked within the product page or basket. List of brands that may be fulfilled by size? partners: Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Under Armour.

Purchase of a Gift Card, or use of a Gift Card will not be eligible with cashback.

Cashback may be paid on web orders only and excludes orders placed via the app.

Orders using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by the cashback partners will not be eligible for cashback.

Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.

Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.

You will not receive cashback on items returned/exchanged.

Please note that occasionally an incorrect cashback value may be tracked. The most accurate cashback amount will be confirmed within 60 days from when the order was placed.
