'Next Day' orders placed before 8pm will be delivered the next working day, with working days being Monday to Friday. Please note that if you place a Next Day Order anytime before 8pm on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday.

UK working days – Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays
Items are sent on a leave safe service. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8am and 8pm, dependent on the delivery service selected. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can re-arrange delivery.

International orders sent outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I have delivery to my work address?
You can arrange delivery to a work address however, you should remember that our courier will deliver to the address and not the person. Please make sure you know who will sign for your parcel and how it will get to you. (For example, is there a reception desk at your place of work etc.)
**With first time or high value orders we may insist that the order is shipped to the billing address for security reasons but our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss this if necessary.**
Do I need to sign for delivery?
If you are available when delivery is made, a signature will be required. If you are not at home our courier will try your neighbours and, if they are at home, ask them to take delivery and provide a signature.
Alternatively, our couriers may leave your item in a secure location at your property. The courier will ensure that the location is secure. If this is the case, a card will be left advising you of where the item has been left.
If they have not been able to deliver they will take the parcel back to their depot leaving a card that tells you how to re-arrange delivery on an alternative day.
