"Standard" - UK - "FREE DELIVERY"

Cloggs offers Free Delivery to everywhere in UK, on every item (not including the Channel Islands). This means that the price you see on the website is the price you pay to have the item delivered to your door. To see how long this delivery usually takes please see our Delivery Times section. With this type of delivery the cost of returning or exchanging your ordered goods are made at the customer's expense. This delivery option suits customers who are familiar with the brand or product they are buying because the chances of needing to return the goods to us is low.


"FREE RETURNS" - UK
We Provide a Pre-Paid Returns Label and Cover the Cost of Resending Any Exchanged Goods

If you are unsure whether you will keep the items you have ordered or are unsure about your size, we offer a shipping service which is more suited to your needs. Simply by paying for shipping on your initial purchase(s) (£2.95 for the first item, +£1 for each extra item), we will offer you free returns. We will send you, with your order, a pre-paid returns label which covers the cost of you returning the goods to us. This label is valid whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange. This one time payment also covers the cost of us sending out any new goods that you may require in exchange. You will still be required to ensure that the goods are returned to Cloggs in an appropriate state according to our Returns Policies and Procedures and adhere to our Terms & Conditions. This delivery option suits customers who just want to try a product first or are not sure about the size or colour of the product and may need to return the goods for an exchange or refund on the price of the goods.


"Express" - Next Day - UK
Priority Picking and Shipping
with Next Working Day Delivery

We offer a priority delivery service for orders that you need in a hurry. Simply select the 'Express - Next Day' delivery option for priority picking and packing and provided that the goods are in stock and the payment details have been fully verified, your order will then be sent out the same day if ordered before 2pm UK time on a weekday and received the next working day from £4.95 or your money back!. You will also not have to pay for returning or exchanging goods if you choose the Express delivery option at the point of purchase. NB - Should your order or any items in your order become 'Backordered' (see order statuses for more info), you will not be required to pay for your Express shipping charge. Your goods will follow our 'Standard' fulfilment process (no priority picking and ParcelForce48) when the goods do reach us from the suppliers, unless you explicitly want your order to be dealt with as an 'Express' order when the goods eventually arrive, in which case you should contact Cloggs Customer Services directly on 07000 256 447 or +44 121 237 5510 for international customers.


"Express" - 12 noon Delivery - UK

with Next Working Day Delivery

We now offer a priority 12 noon delivery service for orders that you need before the afternoon the next working day. Simply select the 'Express - 12 noon' delivery option for priority picking and packing and provided that the goods are in stock and the payment details have been fully verified, your order will then be sent out the same day if ordered before 2pm UK time on a weekday and arrive by 12 noon the next working day from £10.00 or your money back!. You will also not have to pay for returning or exchanging goods if you choose the 'Express - 12 noon' delivery option at the point of purchase. "Express" - 10 am Delivery - UK

with Next Working Day Delivery

We now offer a priority 10am delivery service for orders that you need early the next working morning. Simply select the 'Express - 10 am' delivery option for priority picking and packing and provided that the goods are in stock and the payment details have been fully verified, your order will then be sent out the same day if ordered before 2pm UK time on a weekday and arrive by 10 am the next working day from £15.00 or your money back!. You will also not have to pay for returning or exchanging goods if you choose the Express - 10 am delivery option at the point of purchase. "Saturday" - UK
Picking and Shipping for delivery on Saturday

We now offer a Saturday delivery service for orders that are placed before 2pm on Friday. Simply select the 'Saturday - Order before 2pm Friday' delivery option and provided that the goods are in stock and the payment details have been fully verified, your order will then be sent out, if ordered by the latest of 2pm UK time on a Friday and arrive the next Saturday from £20.00 or your money back!. You will also not have to pay for returning or exchanging goods if you choose the Saturday delivery option at the point of purchase. This delivery option suits customers who want to deliver to an address where no one is available on a working day and also if you are unsure of the product and may need to return the goods for an exchange or refund on the price of the goods.

NB - Should your order or any items in your order become 'Backordered' (see order statuses for more info), you will still be required to pay for your Saturday shipping charge and the goods will still be sent out on Saturday delivery. If you no longer require the goods on Saturday delivery you should contact Cloggs Customer Services directly on 07000 256 447 or +44 121 237 5510 for international customers.

"Standard Returns Paid" - International Customers
We Cover the Cost of Resending Any
Exchanged Goods

We cannot cover the cost of International Customers postage of goods back to us, however for a small fee at the point of purchase international customers can pay in advance for any exchanges that may need to be sent out, to see how much postage costs to your country please see our Delivery Prices section. This means that This can only be ordered at the point of purchase, and you are still required to ensure that the goods are returned to Cloggs in an appropriate state according to our Terms & Conditions - we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your protection.


"Express" – International Customers – Priority Picking and Shipping

For International Customers the Express service means that your goods are picked and packed first, and usually despatched on the same day if ordered before 2 on a weekday. Express deliveries usually arrive 1-2 working days before Standard deliveries, to see delivery times please click here. Also if you need to exchange your order for any reason, you pay the postage to send the order back to Cloggs, but the cost of sending out the exchanged items is already covered.

As this is a priority service your goods will always arrive a few days faster than standard delivery.
