We want to make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible and here is our brief explanation of how you can use our new website to find what you are looking for, or just to be able to browse through the sections that are relevant to you.
Navigation
We have introduced four separate navigation tools for you to explore the site:
(1) TOP NAVIGATION BAR - Tab menu system across the top of the page;
(2) SUPER SEARCH - top left hand corner of the website under the top navigation bar
(3) LEFT HAND NAVIGATION - dynamic menu system offering department relevant options
(4) BRANDS PAGE - a summary page of all our brands: search alphabetically by brand name or find the logo
Each method can be just as effective as the other and it is purely your preference as to which method you use.
(1) TOP NAVIGATION BAR
The tab menu system will always offer you the most up to date categorisation of our brands and fashions guiding you in a fixed but structured way through Cloggs.co.uk's extensive product catalogue. For instance you can now navigate straight to Men's Jeans or Kids Footwear at the click of a button and see all the options.
You can also use the tab menu system to view all our brand icons categorised by product type.
(2) SUPER SEARCH
This is our most exciting new feature. simply enter a keyword that reflects what you are looking for whether that be a brand name, style or product reference number. The new search engine is very powerful and delivers the most relevant results to your search but if you still haven't got the product you want, you can refine on a further 6 options: BRAND, STYLE, PRICE RANGE, CUSTOMER TYPE, SEASON and SIZE. You can add or remove extra filters as you go, so you can really hone your search to your ideal product. This tool should get you to exactly what you want within seconds!
(3) LEFT HAND NAVIGATION
We now offer a dynamic left hand navigation tool which always displays the more relevant categories around the page you are currently looking at meaning that you will never be lost in the site again!
(3) BRANDS
Some things don't change. We know we have some very loyal, brand-specific customers and we have endeavoured to keep our brand icon navigation available. Just click on any brand logo on the 'Brands' page which is accessed through the top or left hand nav bars and you will see all the products we have for that particular brand.
My Account
One of the best features of Cloggs.co.uk is the 'My Account' section. This is where you can manage all your account details and orders. In this section, you can:
- change your payment details, address book and login details (email and password)
- check the status of your order in the fulfilment process
If you register, you will also be kept up to date with our latest offers and gift vouchers. We send monthly newsletters that are specific to the products that you like on our site so that you get the first opportunity to buy them before we run out of stock.
