Full Refunds
Cloggs.co.uk operate a 7 Day Customer Satisfaction Promise. This means that provided you notify us within 7 working days of receiving your goods and you adhere to our returns procedure set out below and the terms & conditions agreed at purchase, we guarantee full refunds on the price you paid for your original order for any reason. This does not include the cost of returning your item(s) to Cloggs.co.uk unless you are a UK Customer who selected "Standard Returns Paid" Shipping option at the point of purchase. Any claim for a refund should be made by email to info@cloggs.co.uk or contact us on 07000 256 447 or +44 121 237 5510 for international customers.
Please note that if you select our "Standard Returns Paid" or "Express" delivery options, we will send you a pre-paid returns label and will also cover the cost of re-sending any exchanged items back to you. See below for details.
Exchanges
Returning goods to Cloggs if you selected "Standard" delivery:If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost unless otherwise agreed with Cloggs Customer Services. Please follow our returns policy guidelines and the returns procedure below.
Returning goods to Cloggs if you selected "Standard Returns Paid" delivery:For UK Customers - If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason, you will have been sent a pre-paid returns label which you need to attach to your securely wrapped and packaged items. Please follow the returns procedure guidelines below.For International Customers - If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost unless otherwise agreed with Cloggs Customer Services.Please follow our returns policy guidelines and the returns procedure below.
Receiving your exchanged items from Cloggs:If you selected "Standard" shipping at the point of purchase, you will be required to pay the return postage fee for us to send out the exchanged items. For your benefit and to expedite this process, you can purchase exchange postage online via our website. Please ensure that you purchase the correct returns postage from the list below:

UK Customers who selected "Standard Returns Paid" or "Express" shipping will be re-sent their exchanged items at no extra cost. Please adhere to our returns procedure set out below and the Terms & Conditions agreed at purchase when returning your goods.
class="rlarge"Faulty or Inaccurate Goods
Customers can return faulty or inaccurate goods for a full and complete refund or exchange including all postage charges provided the returns procedure set out below is followed accurately. Cloggs.co.uk will not be responsible for mis-use of the returns procedure when returning goods (faulty or otherwise) back to us. The refunded cost of returning goods to us can only be guaranteed when agreed with Cloggs Customer Services in advance.
class="rlarge"Returns Procedure
It is important that you follow the steps below to enable us to process your order efficiently and to ensure you do not incur any unnecessary costs:
1. Detach your returns note from your original order.
2. Fill out the Returns Note on the reverse side including your order number.
3. In the case of fault or error, please provide a full description with your reason for return in the space provided.
4. Wrap the item(s) securely in its original or alternative suitable packaging with all tags, receipts (or copies), and accessories pertaining to the returned goods.
5. a) If you are a UK Customer who selected "Standard Returns Paid", attach your pre-paid postage label and send via your local post office with the completed Returns Note to the address below.
b) If you are a UK Customer who selected "Standard" delivery or an International Customer, for your protection, we strongly recommend you use a Recorded or Traceable Delivery Service to return your securely wrapped and packaged items back to us. Cloggs.co.uk can not be responsible for goods that have not reached us because your chosen carriers have failed to deliver the goods back to us safely.
6. Please allow 14 days for the goods to be returned to us, and for us to process the return. We will notify you by email when we have processed you return.

Manufacturers Warranty
All products sold by Cloggs.co.uk carry a full manufacturers warranty, protecting you from all basic defects in workmanship and failure in use within first three months of purchase. Our returns and guarantee policy operates according to the standard SALE Of GOODS act of 1978. Full refunds will be issued if products experience manufacturing defects or failure in use within the first three months of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear, and we do reserve the right to seek a second opinion from an independent body when defect inspections are required.
Please Note
Credit will not usually be given for goods returned without the proper returns form and full adherence to our Terms & Conditions. The company reserves the right to recover carriage and handling costs when unauthorised returns are made and the postage charge when normal returns are made.
International Returns: If you are returning goods from USA and Canada please mark your package with the wording 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs taxation.
