This means that provided you notify us within 28 working days of receiving your goods and you adhere to our returns procedure, and the terms & conditions agreed at purchase, we guarantee full refunds on the price you paid for your original order for any reason. This does not include the cost of returning your item(s) to Cloggs.co.uk unless you are a UK Customer who selected either the *FREE RETURNS* or any "Express" or "Saturday" Shipping options at the point of purchase, in which case you will have received a pre-paid returns label with which to send your goods back.
