Cloggs.co.uk operate a 365 Day Customer Satisfaction Promise. This means that provided you notify us within 365 working days of receiving your goods and you adhere to our returns procedure, and the terms & conditions agreed at purchase, we guarantee full refunds on the price you paid for your original order for any reason

Please note if you have taken our Priority Free, Standard or Saturday Delivery option, and wish to use our Cloggs.co.uk prepaid returns label and require a Refund, there will be £2.95 deduction from the refund to cover the postage costs incurred to return your order. This is charged back to your card or PayPal Account.
