'Priority Free Delivery' - FREE DELIVERY & FREE EXCHANGES* - 1-2 Working Days^
'Standard UK' - FREE DELIVERY & FREE EXCHANGES* - 3-4 Working Days^
'Saturday' - FREE DELIVERY & FREE EXCHANGES* - Order before 3pm on Friday, and receive the following Saturday. Not available to remote areas (check your postcode).
'Premium - Next Day' - 1 Working Day^ or your money back! (Order before 3pm) - Includes Free exchanges and refunds.
'Next Day AM' - Guaranteed AM Next Working Day^, between 7am and 12pm, or your money back! (Order before 3pm) - Includes Free exchanges and refunds. A signature will be required for this delivery option.
'Next Day PM' - Guaranteed PM Next Working Day^, between 12pm and 5pm, or your money back! (Order before 3pm) - Includes Free exchanges and refunds. A signature will be required for this delivery option.
'Next Day Evening' - Guaranteed Evening Next Working Day^, between 5pm and 9pm, or your money back! (Order before 3pm) - Includes Free exchanges and refunds. A signature will be required for this delivery option.
'Avoid School Run' - Guaranteed between 9.30am and 2.30pm Next Working Day^ or your money back! (Order before 3pm) - Includes Free exchanges and refunds. A signature will be required for this delivery option.

*Please note if you have taken our Priority Free, Standard or Saturday Delivery option, and wish to use our Cloggs.co.uk prepaid returns label and require a Refund, there will be £2.95 deduction from the refund to cover the postage costs incurred to return your order. This is charged back to your card or PayPal Account.

The carrier we currently use for UK deliveries is HDNL, home delivery specialists.

You will receive a tracking e-mail once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, to enable you to follow delivery all the way to your front door.

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm, dependent on the delivery service selected. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can re-arrange delivery or pick up your order.
