If you are having trouble placing your order, it may be for one of the following reasons:

My payment won't go through.
I can't find the product I'm looking for.
When I click on the item it says "Unavailable to view".
How do I change my delivery address?
My problem isn't one of these.

My payment won't go through.

If you are having difficulty with your payment or your card is being declined, please first check that all the details that you have entered are exactly as they appear on the card. Please call one of the Customer Services team on Free Phone 0800 0193300, or on +44 121 237 5510 for international or Southern Ireland Customers. The phone lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 5pm Sunday (except for UK bank holidays), and we will gladly place the order for you.

I can't find the product I'm looking for.

When I click on the item it says "Unavailable to view".

If you cannot view the item properly and choose your size and colour this means that we are completely out of stock of the item and are in the process of removing it entirely from our website.

How do I change the delivery address?

On the payments page there is an option to change the address for delivery, if you are having trouble doing this please call one of the Customer Services team on Free Phone 0800 0193300, or on +44 121 237 5510 for international or Southern Ireland Customers. The phone lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 5pm Sunday (except for UK bank holidays), and we will do it for you.
