How to Order
It is now easier than ever to find, order and pay for your goods on Cloggs.co.uk. You can navigate using several different tools (see How to Use our New Website in Site Guide).
'Add to Basket'
Once you have found your way to your desired product, simply click on the red 'add to basket' button to store that item in your shopping basket. You may continue to browse the site for other products you may or may not wish to purchase.
'Your Basket'
Your basket is always available in the top right hand corner of the web page. Once you are ready to proceed, simply click on 'Pay Now' and you will be taken to review 'Your Basket'. This page displays your chosen products and the quantity for you to review. Once you are happy that you wish to place an order for your basket of goods, click on the yellow 'Pay Now' button.
'Your Details'
At this point, to speed up the buying process, existing customers can log-in so that they do not have to fill in their details every time they buy with us. New customers simply need to continue as normal and fill in their details. We will create an account for you, so that if you wish, you will not have to fill in all your details next time you visit our store.
'Confirm Order'
You will next be asked to confirm your delivery and payment details. Once you have confirmed all the required information, and the payment been approved by the bank, your order will have been successfully placed. Please see our delivery rates and policies to estimate how soon to expect your goods.
New Customers
New Customers do not need to set up an account with us before they buy. We will set one up for you as part of the normal buying process. You will be asked to submit a password which will then make it easier to buy from us in the future.
Payment Methods
We allow for 100% secure online credit and debit card payments that confirm your order in real time. The cards that we accept include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Delta and Solo. If you have any questions about paying for your order please call our customer services helpline and someone should be able to help.

Making Changes
Once you have placed your order with Cloggs.co.uk it will be too late to change the details of that order through the website. If you realise you have made an error or simply wish to alter what you have bought slightly, one of our customer services representatives will take care of this for you, provided we have not already fulfilled and processed your order, which will normally be within a day of you placing your order. If your order has already been processed you will need to undergo our Returns, Refunds or Exchanges procedure.
Simply send us an email or call us on 07000 256 447 and we will amend your order immediately.
Cancel Order
We have a 7-day cancellation policy. This means that you are fully entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order in return for a full refund. Declined Card
If your card has been declined we will be unable to process your order. You can either try placing your order using another card you may have access to or one of our customer services representatives can try placing the order for you over the phone.
