The New Scheme! (Commenced August 1, 2004)

We have just launched our new loyalty scheme, aimed at providing the best value to our most loyal customers. We have responded to your suggestions and have come up with an offer that your feedback suggests provides you with the best rewards.

Under the new programme, spend £300 on non-refunded, non-cancelled orders at Cloggs.co.uk from one account over a 12-month period and receive a massive £30 discount voucher for your next purchase.

Terms & Conditions

1. A minimum spend of £30 applies in order to redeem your discount code.
2. The new loyalty scheme applies for all orders received after August 1, 2004.
3. The cumulative total spend excluding postage costs, should exceed £300 over a 12-month period dating from the time and day that the first order was placed.
4. All orders must have been completely fulfilled and completed before applying for the discount.
5. No orders that have been refunded or cancelled or partially refunded or cancelled can be considered eligible unless otherwise agreed by Cloggs.co.uk
6. Discount vouchers are provided by Cloggs Customer Services when the conditions have been met in the opinion of Cloggs.co.uk.
7. Cloggs.co.uk have the right to refuse to supply the discount if we believe the scheme has been abused in any way.
8. The decision of Cloggs.co.uk is final.

The Old Loyalty Scheme (Ended October 1, 2004)

If you have received information promoting our old loyalty scheme, this has now been superceded by The New Loyalty Scheme as described above. The old loyalty scheme expired at the end of September, 2004. Cloggs.co.uk will only acknowledge claims for the old loyalty scheme under certain circumstances and where specifically agreed with Cloggs Customer Services in advance. All claims must adhere to the old Terms & Conditions set out below.

The old loyalty scheme offers a 50% discount on their next order to customers who have placed 3 non-refunded, non-cancelled orders in a 12-month period (starting 1 October 2003 and ending 1 October 2004) subject to the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Old Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. Orders must have been placed between 1 October 2003 and 1 October 2004.
2. A total of 3 eligible orders must have been placed in the intervening time period.
3. An order is considered eligible if it is entirely non-refunded, non-cancelled and in the opinion of Cloggs.co.uk is deemed not to abuse the spirit behind the scheme. 4. Cloggs.co.uk will provide a relevant discount code provided that in the opinion of Cloggs.co.uk these conditions are fully met.
5. All claims under this scheme must be agreed to in advance by Cloggs.co.uk Customer Services Staff. 6. The decision of Cloggs.co.uk is final.
