It is now easier than ever to find, order and pay for your goods on Cloggs.co.uk. You can navigate using several different tools (see how to use our Website in Site Guide).

1. Once you have found your way to your desired products, simply use our size/colour combination grid, which shows you which sizes and colours are available for purchase (tick) or pre-order .
2. You can add any item to your shopping basket for purchase by clicking any of the green ticks or add an item for a pre-order purchase by clicking any of the blue 'p's . You may now continue to browse the website for other products you may wish to purchase.
3. If you want to go straight to your basket, simply click the green 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button which appears on the product page once you have added something to your basket.

Your basket is always available in the top right hand corner of the web page. Once you are ready to proceed, simply click on the basket and you will be taken to review 'Your Basket'.

Your basket displays your chosen products and the quantity for you to review. Once you are happy that you wish to place an order for your basket of goods, click on the green 'Checkout' button.

At this point, to speed up the buying process, existing customers can log-in so that they do not have to fill in their details every time they buy with us. New customers simply need to continue as normal and fill in their details. We will create an account for you, so that if you wish, you will not have to fill in all your details next time you visit our website.

If you are a new customer you will now be asked for some details. The first page you see is where you enter your billing address. This address has to match the address that your bank has for you.(Address where your bank statements go).
To use the find address function just enter your house number and UK postcode and nothing else, click on 'Find My Address'. The screen will refresh and the address found to be matching the given postcode will be entered in the boxes, please DOUBLE check this address and edit it if it is wrong in anyway. Please make sure your house number is not entered twice.
If you are from outside the UK, you will not be able to use the 'Find My Address' function, please just fill in your full billing address manually.
If you would like to send your items to your work address or a friend as a gift please tick the 'different delivery address' box.
You're then asked to tick to agree to our terms & conditions and if you would like to receive monthly offers. The last step on this page is to enter a password for security of your data.

If you selected to have your items delivered to a different address then this is the page you will see next. Please enter the address and name of recipient and a contact number. Please double check that the details are correct before proceeding.

You will next be asked to confirm your delivery and payment details. Once you have confirmed all the required information, and the payment has been approved by your bank, your order will have been successfully placed. Please see our delivery rates and policies to estimate how soon to expect your goods.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email please CHECK this as it contains information regarding your order. Sometimes our emails may get caught in your spam filter to avoid this please add sales@cloggs.co.uk to your address book. You can check the status of your order within this fulfillment process at any time using 'Your Account' which you keep with Cloggs.co.uk.
