Cloggs gift vouchers make the perfect present if you are buying for someone else and are unsure what they would like, are unsure about their size, or are just stuck for ideas.

They work just like Gift Vouchers you would find in a High Street Department Store. In fact, once purchased you will be sent a real hard copy of your Gift Voucher which displays all the information the recipient will need to make a purchase on Cloggs.co.uk using the voucher.

How to Use the Cloggs Gift Voucher

Simply browse through our online catalogue and select the products you wish to purchase by clicking the 'BUY' button or the 'Add to Basket' button. When you have selected everything you wish to purchase, click 'Pay Now' in the top right hand corner of the page and you will be taken to the secure checkout pages.
On the secure checkout page, click on the Promotion Code section and input the unique code sent to you on the back of your hard copy Gift Voucher. This will redeem the value of the voucher from your order. You will be required to pay the outstanding balance using your credit or debit card details as normal.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. You may use a Cloggs Gift Voucher to pay in full or in part for any product offered for sale on Cloggs.co.uk. Our normal terms & conditions of purchase apply.
2. Any unused balance will be retained on the card.
3. If you have paid for a purchase using a Gift Voucher, then any refund for the purchase will be credited to the Gift Voucher. If you have paid for a purchase using both a Gift Voucher and a credit/debit, then any refund for the purchase will be made first to the debit/credit card (up to the value paid for by debit/credit card), and then to the Gift Voucher.
4. We regret that we cannot replace lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Gift Vouchers.
5. Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash at any point.
6. Cloggs.co.uk prohibits Gift Vouchers for resale by a third party.
7. A Gift Voucher may only be used to pay for goods sent to the same country to which the Gift Voucher was originally sent. The currency of a Gift Voucher is Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exchange rates will apply as usual.
8. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will be sent at least 30 days in advance to the last known email addresses of all purchasers of Gift Vouchers.
