At Cloggs, we firmly believe that - as well as our range of brands and our highly intuitive responsive website - our special something is our outstanding customer service.
That’s why our latest accolade is one that we’re exceptionally proud of. The independent consumer review service Feefo, which allows customers to rate both the service they received and the quality of their product, has awarded us their highly prestigious Gold Trusted Merchant status. This commendation is only given to those that achieve a service rating that tops 95%, something which only a small number of retailers achieve, particularly with the volume of reviews that we received in 2014. We believe that customer service begins before an order is placed, and doesn’t end when someone has gone through our checkout - in fact, with our Returns policy, it never really ends! With this in mind, we’ve structured our customer service offering around two key ideas; affordable, effective delivery and rapid after-service care.
Our various highly affordable delivery options, which include a free next day service on orders over £80 and a timed, trackable next day service, have played a big role in putting a smile on the faces of thousands of customers. However, we believe it is the outstanding after-service care that our team provides which really sets us apart from the rest and has led to us becoming an industry leader.
As well as offering traditional contact points including email, telephone, we also have a live chat function and multiple social media channels. In order to take this one step further, we also conduct follow up courtesy calls to all our customers by a dedicated ‘Cloggs Concierge’ just to check that they are happy with the service and their product. Not only does this check customers are 100% happy, but enables us to pre-empt any problems before the customer has had a chance to make contact with us and improve our overall shopping experience.
As an extra way of saying “thank you” to our customers, we often indulge in random acts of kindness - such as birthday or get well cards, or giving an extra gift as part of their purchase.
