Faulty or Inaccurate Goods

Customers can return faulty or inaccurate goods for a full and complete refund or exchange including all postage charges provided the returns procedure is followed accurately. Cloggs.co.uk will not be responsible for mis-use of the returns procedure when returning goods (faulty or otherwise) back to us. The refunded cost of returning goods to us can only be guaranteed when agreed with Cloggs Customer Services in advance.

The phone lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 5pm Sunday (except for UK bank holidays), and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
