UK Customers who selected "Standard" *FREE DELIVERY*:
If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost unless you are a UK customer who has already purchased a returns label or otherwise agreed with Cloggs Customer Services. Please follow our returns policy guidelines and the returns procedure. You will also be required to pay the shipping fee for your exchanged goods to be despatched to you. UK Customers who selected *FREE RETURNS* or any "Express" or Saturday delivery:
If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason, you will have been sent a pre-paid returns label which you need to attach to your securely wrapped and packaged items. You are required to follow the returns procedure to avoid delays and incurring extra costs. You will also not be required to pay the shipping charge for your exchanged goods.
For International Customers - If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost, unless otherwise agreed with Cloggs Customer Services that we will refund your postage. You are required to follow the returns procedure. If you paid for "Standard Returns Paid" or "Express" you will not be required to pay the shipping charge for your exchanged goods.
