FREE UK EXCHANGES
Cloggs.co.uk are pleased to offer this great service for our UK Customers of a free exchange policy. If you wish to exchange for a different size you can do so FREE OF CHARGE. Just use the Cloggs.co.uk prepaid label provided with the returns form. Please follow our returns policy guidelines and the returns procedure. Once the item is received within our warehouse, we will despatch the EXCHANGE TO YOU FOR FREE!
For International Customers - If you require an exchange or just want to return your goods for any reason you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost, unless otherwise agreed with Cloggs Customer Services that we will refund your postage. You are required to follow the returns procedure. If you paid for "Standard Returns Paid" or "Express" you will not be required to pay the shipping charge for your exchanged goods.
NB: Please note if you have taken our Priority Free, Standard or Saturday Delivery option, and wish to use our Cloggs.co.uk prepaid returns label and require a Refund, there will be £2.95 deduction from the refund to cover the postage costs incurred to return your order. This is charged back to your card or PayPal Account.
