We are absolutely delighted to announce that have been shortlisted for 5 prestigious eCommerce Awards for Excellence, having been highly commended for a variety of different elements of our business.

The categories for which we've been shortlisted are the following: ‘Best Clothes, Shoes & Fashion eCommerce’, ‘Multiplay eCommerce Company of the Year’, ‘Best eCommerce Design (1 year or older)’, ‘Best eCommerce Customer Service Award’ and ‘Medium eCommerce Company of the Year’, and the awards are the 2015 eCommerce Awards for Excellence in association with Chase Paymentech. The award nominations, which are an incredible honour in the world of eCommerce, and our incredible developments within the past 12 months both with our website and our physical high street stores, have helped secure our spot as finalists within these five categories and we are honoured to be sitting alongside some fantastic brands and businesses in these categories.

The incredible nominations come merely a few months after we were awarded the incredible honour of ‘Best Multichannel Retailer - Under £10m turnover’ at the highly-esteemed Drapers Digital Awards in May, beating a host of big names to claim the top prize.

The last year has seen leap from strength to strength - making incredible changes to their digital presence and expanding our high street locations, adding stores in York and Newcastle city centres to our brand, complementing our existing store in Shrewsbury. Welcoming exclusive luxury and high-profile brands like Dubarry of Ireland on board saw the brand repertoire available to our customers expanding no end last year. This has continued in 2015, with exciting brands including Steve Madden, French Sole and R.M Williams to name but a few joining for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season - many of which are available to buy now!

Comprehensive steps were taken to unify our brand and experience across the high street stores and the responsive website - integrating the brand ethos, customer service propositions which are the heart and soul of the brand, and indeed the buying experience. This has set us at the forefront of modern retailing, creating a truly unique brand consistency across all platforms.

Designing and developing a responsive design has been another key turning point for as a brand, helping to provide a seamless browsing and buying experience for our customer base. We've seen truly incredible results from this, and our profit, turnover and customer base is growing rapidly year on year thanks to these changes.

To be shortlisted for one, let alone five eCommerce Awards is an incredible achievement and a nod to the ongoing developments that we're undertaking to improve the buying experience for customers. Placing the customer at the forefront of every decision has shown outstanding results for as a brand over the past 12 months, and the team hope to continue improving in this manner moving forward. The eCommerce Award nominations have provided the perfect encouragement for us to head into the new Autumn/Winter season with a bang and ensure that 2016 will be an even more impressive year than the one before.
