All orders placed between November 1st and December 20th 2008, will benefit from our extended Christmas Returns Period. This gives you the chance to return or exchange gifts provided we receive the goods back according to our Terms & Conditions no later than January 31st 2009, rather than within 28 days of receipt as per our normal policy.

Please note if you have taken our Standard Delivery option, and use our Cloggs.co.uk prepaid returns label for a return and require a Refund, there will be £5.00 deducted from the refund. This is charged back to your card or PayPal Account..
