You are fully entitled to cancel your order after up to 28 days of receiving your order in return for a full refund provided you have adhered to our returns procedure and terms and conditions. If you want to avoid any returns costs you may be liable for in cancelling your order, please cancel your order as soon as possible after placing it if you change your mind for any reason. Our fulfilment times are extremely quick and the vast majority of orders are despatched within 1 business day.

The phone lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 5pm Sunday (except for UK bank holidays).
Once your order is cancelled you will receive an automated email receipt as confirmation.
