Take the 20 Step Test

Once you receive your FitFlop footwear from Cloggs, to make sure that you have purchased the correct size take the 'FitFlop 20 step test'. In the luxury of your own home on carpeted floors, take 20 brisk steps in your FitFlop footwear. If you are trying FitFlop sandals, look down to make sure your heels are not pushed off the back of the footbed. If they are, and the upper straps are too tight you need to go another size up. Similarly, when trying on FitFlop boots or FitFlop Supertone™ shoes, ensure that your feet are not pushed right to the back edge of the foot bed.

2. FitFlop footwear is always based upon a Microwobbleboard™ footbed which moulds to your feet.

Instant Workout Warning

FitFlop footwear has the potential to increase muscle activity in terms of workload. As such, we recommend that your wear your new pair progressively to avoid excessive muscle soreness.
