FitFlop is no ordinary form of flip flops and shoes. FitFlop have the fantastic Microwobbleboard® technology midsole. The Microwobbleboard is made up of three different density sections in the sole. The heel is a high density section, for a strong heel strike. The middle section is softer, causing instability to encourage the leg muscle fibres to tone.
