Red Converse has been around for decades, still outselling newer styles from newer brands. 1908 was the start of the story for the Red Converse, when Converse started up is Massachusetts, USA. Despite a daily production rate of thousands of shoes, it wasn’t until 1917 that the Red Converse All Stars were produced. 1917 was a great year for Converse, when Charles Chuck Taylor a basketball player wore Converse All Stars. Taylor joined Converse, lending his name and signature to the Red Converse shoes that we all know of today.

Throughout the years, the popularity of the Red Converse has rocketed. Red Converse has been worn to play basketball and sports, even professionally.
