UK sizes are different to international sizes. Please look at our Sizing Chart to see what your UK shoe size is and for more information. Sizing varies some from style to style, as the toe shapes, heel shapes, soles, lacing and lining material varies. Therefore not all shoes will fit the same. Our free exchanges policy will mean you can try any pair on an exchange for another size absolutely free.
Some problems, such as stitching on the leather upper, broken sandal straps, and other minor problems are repairable. Dr. Martens does not have our own repair facilities, so we suggest that you take the shoes to the repair shop of your choice. For customers living in the UK, there are two UK based companies that have specialist equipment and can replace the soles on some Dr Martens products. Their details are here: http://www.timpson.com; or http://www.charlesbirch.com. It is currently not possible for soles to be replaced outside of the UK.
